Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise specified in a project agreement, clients retain ownership of all custom code and systems developed during an engagement. Alpha Media retains the right to use general methodologies and non-proprietary techniques in future work.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your business information, technical details, or project specifics without your explicit permission.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables.
