Tourist visa rules in plain language.

This checker classifies visitor travel as visa-free, visa on arrival, ETA, eVisa, visa required, or no admission. It is designed for ordinary passport holders taking short tourist trips, not work, study, residence, diplomatic travel, emergency travel documents, or complex transit cases.

Visa-free

You generally do not need a visitor visa for the destination, though arrival cards, proof of funds, return tickets, or passport validity rules may still apply.

ETA or eVisa

You generally need to complete an online authorization or electronic visa process before departure.

Visa on arrival

You can generally obtain the visitor visa after arrival, subject to the destination's conditions and port-of-entry rules.

Visa required

You generally need to arrange a visitor visa before travel through an embassy, consulate, visa center, or official online system.

Verify with official government or embassy sources before booking. Visa rules can change without notice, and airlines or border officers may apply document checks that are not captured in open datasets.
